Windows 89/xp on ti nspire cx?

i had again an idea

, and it could be stupid , but with nlaunch(y) you could use linux, and it would be cool if you just had a windows 89/xp emu for TI-nspire cx/cas

Windows 89 ? What's that ? Do you mean Windows 95 / Windows 98 ?

This would be very so difficult because 95 and 98 were running on an ARM-based processor. That's possible, and some people made it on Android Wear for example.
But that's really hard because we have to remake all the drivers. Some are "simple" (hard drive) but some are complicated (screen, keyboard, mouse - i think -).

For XP, that's totally impossible. It requires 128 Mb of RAM (512 Mb recommanded). I know that if you try to install/run XP on a 64 Mb RAM computer, you will have... a black screen ! No warning, no error, just a scaring black screen

But this would be great to see these OS running under a Nspire CX CAS

yep, someone installed windows xp on a android phone and it was still slow
