Delete program

How to remove a program from the calculator. I downloaded the Calculus program and can not delete it from the calculator. (TI-89)

I know it. Unfortunately, you can not delete it in this way.

try with TI connect 4.0 or reset your calculator and transfer your files

I made a reset. It's good that I had backup. But should it be so to delete the program in this way?
