Hi, new to this forum.
(The forum displays in French regardless of whether I click the "Display Site In English" button in the upper right corner of the webpage). Hmmm, peculiar.
So that might cause a small bit of difficulty in communication assuming the replies are displayed in French or whatever.
What I'd like to know is if I can install an TI-nspire emulator on my Android phone? I know you have to down load the calculator OS from TI, which I have already done.
But the problem is I don't have an actual TI_nspire calc to dump Boot1 file with polydump.
Can anyone help?
are those the only files that are needed?
P.S. incidentally I stumbled across the Ndless SDK---- intriguing. I used to program in C++ and Java many years ago.
P.P.S. By the way, this appears to be a really KILLER site---> super nice work, folks!
Best Regards,
John

There's the Firebird emulator for Android, if that's what your looking for.
However...
You need to own an actual TI nspire calc to dump Boot1.
There's a reason for that and it's because the boot file is copyright by TI.
If tiplanet hosts it, TI will get very aggressive and they will DMCA critor's sorry ass.
so no
(yes, there's a ndless sdk toolchain composed of :the latest gcc compiler, gdb, binutils, newlib, ndless as well as zlib and nSDL.
I used to port dozens of emulators like PocketSNES and Temper to it.)

Clicking on the Union Jack flag does not translate the topics automatically. It only switches between French and English display. Some lines stay in French... because we forgot to add the translation.

e.g. "Infos pratiques : La liste des calculatrices acceptées à partir des examens 2018 ! Trop de choix ? Suivez notre guide exclusif 2016 !"
On the forum though, the most important topics are both written in french and english and automatically display the chosen language.
