No, but Ndless 4.5 still works with OSes 3.6 and 3.9.

The issue is that you get a bigger ndless_resources.tns file, with useless 4.x resources.
Since OSes 3.6 and 3.9 are so huge for 32MB SDRAM, installing the smaller Ndless 3.9 is a better idea for TI-Nspire ClickPad/TouchPad since the ndless_resources.tns will take less space in RAM.
That's why Ndless 3.9 is still online here, instead of redirecting you to Ndless 4.5.

Why didn't you change boot2 1.4.9999 to be named 3.1.9999? That way it would never be updated

Maybe Boot2 3.0.1 didn't exist at that time.

Anyway, Nlaunch only launches known OSes, and in this case blocks Boot2 updates.
And there's been no new OS for TI-Nspire ClickPad since version 3.9 in 2014.
