Uh. At the time of this writing, physically, it's probably not too late yet for me to reach Lyon Part-Dieu by 13h00, but a 2 x 1h30 or probably closer to 2h (due to e.g. reduced maximum driving speed because of pollution) unplanned trip to be able to meet you for just several minutes is getting risky

You might have better luck with people from the Paris area.

Oh yes ... I guess Paris is part of the planet too ... though I am going direct to the airport.
