Diagnostic Menu

How do I enter on the diagnostic menu (not sure if this is the correct name)?
I would like that menu that allow to test keyboard, battery, etc ... I don't want that menu that has format/clean options (i don't want that one with 4 options)

I tried doc enter EE, reset button, but this bring the format/clean menu, not the diagnostic menu

I did it few weeks ago, but don't remember how I got there.

For which model of TI-Nspire exactly?

I saw video, however it don't show "how to get into the menu", it only shows after is already in the menu.
I need to know how to go to the menu.

I have 2 nspire: 1 Is nspire CX running last OS, and 1 aspire CX CAS running one version before

I believe it 4.5.5 and other 4.5.4

Both I cannot reach the diagnosis menu. Both goes to the format menu if I do doc enter ee
