So i had an idea for a cool game,
do you know the http://www.ticalc.org/archives/files/fileinfo/463/46333.html FNAF game for TI-84+ ?
,So if "a developer" would make this for the TI-nspire CX,it would be very cool and , it shall be downloaded many times

Oh **** WOWWOWOWOW xD
Didn't even see it, gonna have to download it ASAP.
Well, it could be even better on a Ti-nSpire, since of the better graphics. Why not, but it's not of my resort

That's VERY complicated to port this game under TI-Nspire CX (CAS) models. The original grayscale game for TI-z80 is very hard to make, so a colored-version will be so much difficult !

No, I don't think it could take 1 year, but at least weeks with many working hours. In fact, that totally depends of the developper : how many time he spend to developp the game per week/day.

Re: Game ideas for developers. TI-nspire CX (CAS)
I don't see many developpers even wanting to attempt this.
Why ?
The game is proprietary, which means they will have to get all the assets by themselves.
No only that, but for it to be a perfect port, the developer need to know each aspect of the game,
which requires him to play the game a lot.
Most video game programmers, surprise, don't actually play games that much.
(or they used to but now they don't)
Ask that on question on forums and you'll know it's true.
A lot of efforts will be spent on acquiring the assets and learning how the gameplay works, which is sadly not coding.
No programmers (except the one who did that TI-84+ port) is crazy enough to even want to attempt this.
It would actually be easier to start a game from scratch rather than doing a port of a proprietary game.
(For an open-source game like Wolfenstein however, this is different)
