Ti 89 Titanium Congelada (No Funciona)

Hola, por favor necesito de su ayuda con mi ti89 titanium.

Estaba haciendo un calculo simple de multiplicaciones y exponentes y de un momento a otro dejo de funcionar, con la pantalla encendida y todos los calculos.

Informacion adicional:
- Probe apagarla (no se puede)
- le quite las baterias (nada)
- probe combinaciones para reiniciar el sistema, y se volvio al basico en ingles ( se queda en inicio pero no responde)



(el reloj no avanza)
- funcionan las combinaciones de las teclas ejemplo 2nd +izq+der+on
- trate de conectarla al PC y nada (antes funcionaba perfecto le podia transferir programas sin problema desde "TI Connect")
- probe probando los puertos USB, abri el menu para instalar nuevo software y no se conecta al PC (boot 2.02 build 2)

no se me ocurre nada mas que probar, porfavor alguna forma o algun software para poder recuperla, agradeceria su ayuda

My spanish is good enough to understand your problem but too bad to answer your question so I will answer in english.
I hope this won't bother you.

My first answer will be questions :

• Do you know which OS was functioning on your calc ?
• When you pull a battery out, did you try to press ON before replacing it ? (if the calc had stopped because the battery was down, it could have saved its state, and trying to turn it ON without battery should erase this state)
• Did you try to remove the installed OS ? Once removed, it should be easier to reinstall it from the computer.

- I prest on whit out batery and then say "installing os", then put home again and stay freeze.
- 3.01v or some like that
- I try re install on computer but now my computer don't recognize

Your OS must be corrupted.
To remove it, you should :

1. Remove one battery
2. While pressing

   APPS

   , put the battery back

The calc should say "Please install OS" (or something like that) and the communication with the computer should work again.
So download an OS, and send it to the calc, and everything should be OK.

I do but say "instalation and 2.02 build 2"
Try connect on my computer but nothing happens (before work)
I try re installing ti connect but nothing happens
Try on another computer but the same problem

Solucione el problema.
La envié a servicio técnico y se congelaba porque las baterías habían derramado liquido en los componentes internos y eso la pegaba, la limpiaron y ahora funciona perfecto.
