The software is indeed not the same at all, not the screen etc.
But the overall design (shape etc.) clearly resembles the Nspire CAS Touchpad one, both front and back.
I suppose it might be enough to fool potential new customers who didn't look very hard...
The pirated version of TI-Nspire is made out by Chinese!
