PROBLEM WITH DELETED PDFS APPEAR AGAIN

Hello, I have the HP Prime and sometimes it has gotten stuck and I have had to use the reset button on the back. When it restarts, the pdfs that I entered a long time ago and had deleted appear again. Does anyone know how to solve that?
That is, the documents that I already deleted appear again (but they cannot be used, they appear as if they were the "FUNCTION" application)

After a crash, the HP Prime tries to recover the memory data.
So deleted things may reappear, in a usable or unusable form.

Okay, I got it. And other questions, since I have had it (less than a year) I have not updated its firmware since when connecting it to the connectivity, it tries to update but always gives an error, is there a way to solve it or is the update not recommended?
