Calculator Bricked

Hello TI-Planet community, I think my calculator is bricked! I have tried everything to turn it on but it simply wont turn on, I tried the certain key combination's to reset it, but nothing worked. I tried to take the battery out, put it on charge with pc, still no sign of life. I got this calculator today, please help.

If its never turned on, maybe its DOA … but cant say for sure …

Hi @DragonRamer .
Even with an empty battery, the calculator should turn on if connected to an USB power source.

If the screen still remains black, you may check if the reset button on the back is stuck.
