Ti nspire CX stuck on boot up

Hello,
After trying to change the current time on nClock, my calculator rebooted and is now stuck on the clock screen that appears at the end of boot up.
I did a complete format of the calculator, but it did not solve the issue. I tried oppenning the diagnostic software with + + but it doesn't seem to work. What should i do?

Could you open the diagnostic software or not ?

Another way : try disconnecting the battery for some seconds.

I could not open the diagnostic software, but disconnecting the battery did solve the issue, thank you a lot!
