Bricked TI-Nspire CX (black screen)

Hey, a short update:
Unfortunaly my windows 7 died, now I have to reinstall it (I have magic hands to destroy every device when its not apple ). May take a week or so.
And I recieved mail from TI Cares:
1. They let me try starting calculator without battery connected to computer, but it didnt work.
2. Now they want to proof the guarantee. I have to send datas like adress, telephone or the thing you get when you buy something (bill?).
My Question:
Have I to send my bricked calc to them? When yes, can or do they check for modifying (like I did)? And when yes again, how can I remove signs of manipulation from the calc AND my files (because with theres no guarantee anymore)? Maybe something like a hard drive complete reset (sounds stupid, I know.....)

Anyways Im still trying repair my calculator

I doubt they'll check further than what they told you to try.
Checking further in your case would be complicated and thus cost money.

Hi, final update
Tomorrow I'll send a packet with my old TI Nspire to the TI depot. Then they send me a new one. (Why this storagehouse?)
It feels like cheating and its not the preffered solution, but hey, I get a new calc

A classmate asked for a bypass for the press to test. Is it possible to open files with LED blinking and lock symbol etc. ?
He own the same model like me, Revision P
