Re: Nspire CX "bricked" in Press-to-Test
Sadly, the calculator is still in test mode after pressing the reset button on the back. I also tried sending the Press-to-Test folder + file and it simply cleared the documents just as before.

Strange, either it didn't work, either there is something else...
What about the BtMg home screen ?
And if you retry PartCleaner, does it still complain about corrupt BootD pages ?

Re: Nspire CX "bricked" in Press-to-Test
BtMg still causes a crash after the initial "Refreshing" screen, and PartCleaner keeps fixing BootD partition, even if I run the file twice.

Hm, something is wrong then.
Either in the hardware, either in PartCleaner.
Checking.

Re: Nspire CX "bricked" in Press-to-Test
Tried on the emulator after putting random data in the BootD partition.
Launched PartCleaner twice.
It complains on the 1st try, but not on the 2nd one.
So something's wrong, looks like your Flash can't be written to.
Either a hardware issue, or something to do with Ndless as I have never used it in exam mode.

I've installed the new version, but it's still stuck in test mode and BtMg crashes

Re: Nspire CX "bricked" in Press-to-Test
Would it be possible to modify the OS itself so that it never boots into test mode? The calculator's non-test-mode files are briefly visible on the computer link software when re-installing OS, if that helps. Or is this calculator broken for good and I should give up?
