The icons represent which item set you are viewing. The top is the Antidotes, potions, and other normally usable items. The second denotes the "key" items (hence the 8x8 pic of a key) and the third is for the Pokeballs. Now I just need to come up with an 8x8 icon for the TM/HM...

I hope to get an animated screenshot of the items soon.
