By accessing “Forum TI-Planet.org” (hereinafter “we”, “us”, “our”, “Forum TI-Planet.org”, “https://tiplanet.org/forum”), you agree to be legally bound by the following terms. Our forums are powered by phpBB (hereinafter “they”, “them”, “their”, “phpBB software”, “www.phpbb.com”, “phpBB Group”, “phpBB Teams”) which is a bulletin board solution released under the “General Public License” (hereinafter “GPL”) and can be downloaded from www.phpbb.com. The phpBB software only facilitates internet based discussions, the phpBB Group are not responsible for what we allow and/or disallow as permissible content and/or conduct. You agree to send us (info@tiplanet.org) the signed and dated explicit authorization from a parent/guardian if you are below the minimum legal required age for registration according to your country's law (for instance, 13 in the US for COPPA, 15 in France...).
- As part of COPPA (for the United States), you must send us (info@tiplanet.org) the explicit authorization dated and signed by a parent / guardian, if you have not reached the age of 13.
- Within the framework of French and European law, if you are under 15, you must obtain consent from a parent/guardian for registration on our site and authorize the collection of personal data required for the proper functioning of the account on the site. See the checkbox below.
Note that in places where the GDPR applies, if you are below 13, we cannot gather any personal information about you, even with parent/guardian approval, so do not submit any. Check with your country's law for details.
You agree not to post any abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful, threatening, sexually-orientated or any other material that may violate any laws be it of your country, the country where “Forum TI-Planet.org” is hosted or International Law. Doing so may lead to you being immediately and permanently banned, with notification of your Internet Service Provider if deemed required by us. The IP address of all posts are recorded to aid in enforcing these conditions. You agree that “Forum TI-Planet.org” have the right to remove, edit, move or close any topic at any time should we see fit. As a user you agree to any information you have entered to being stored in a database. While this information will not be disclosed to any third party without your consent, neither “Forum TI-Planet.org” nor phpBB shall be held responsible for any hacking attempt that may lead to the data being compromised.
