Step by step solving

Unread postby alittleblue » 20 Apr 2017, 15:32

Hi!

I hope is okay of i write in English?
I wondered if anyone has an idea of how to make the ti-nspire cx cas show the steps when solving equations?
Can the calculator do it by itself?
I found a site which makes a 3rd party app for it which seems awsome:
http://www.tinspireapps.com/?a=EQSOL
They seem to have alot of useful apps - anyone tried them out?

Thanks in advance for answers!

I don't believe that is a builtin feature of the OS or KhiCAS, so you would have to write your own program to do it, but you might be able to use some existing features of the builtin CAS as a starting point using this library: https://tiplanet.org/forum/viewtopic.php?t=9198

No need of Khicas or Ndless in general, to the contrary there are already quite a few things available in Lua or Basic:
