TI-82 ocasional RAM CLEARED

Hi !

A friend of mine has a ti-82 that unfortunately resets itself every month or so. I'm wondering if there's any known bugs that might cause this .

Maybe he should change the save battery (the flat round one, namely a CR1616 or CR1620, next to the 4 AAA).
