problème avec calculator software

bonjours
depuis peu ma calculatrice ti 83 + silver édition ne fonctionne plus!
lorsque j'appuie sue ON elle inscrit sur l'écran:
Waiting...
Please install calculator software now.
Ne comprenant pas j'ai repressé le bouton ON et elle m'a inscrit:
ERROR!
press any key to turn unit off.
Then turn unit back on.
merci de m'aider à résoudre le problème

il faut réinstaller l'OS

Si toutefois TI-connect ne reconnait pas ta TI (ce qui est probable), envoie l'OS avec TIosdownloader.
