Update: There is now an A3C Graph Math+ which uses the 5TI variant and is not one of the review units sent by Casio France. Besides, it is confirmed that at least 5 A3C Math+ use exactly the same RAM chip (5TI, AZC2P07YN 2310), while at least 3 A4C use 7TI, AZY1P18YA 2245.

The 5TI chips I have recorded in my database generally have a very poor TRC_4 but exceptional TRC_9 performance when comparing to 7TI. They also have a significant difference between TRC_6 and TRC_9.

Update: It was found that one of the early batches of fx-CG100 comes with the 5TI variant as well. The oddity here is that its S/N indicates this calculator was manufactured in February 2025, which means Casio went back to use 5TI ~10 months after the production of A4C Graph Math+.
