critor, i think that you never have made that i am doing now. to do this with a basic transformed into cas you need to use de subfolder "non_cas" because the program don't send the nlaunch.tnc to a ti-nspire basique. but using the nlaucn.tno i sucessfully have a ti-nspire with a ndless cas 3.1 os and, using the switcher, i have a ti-nspire 3.2 CAS!!!:) using the non_cas folder xD
however, the tutorial only say the keys of the clickpad -.-. fix it xD

This tuturial have some thing to fix:
*On the step D4, for the touchpad users, one of the keys is wrong... chage it to
*on the step D7 add the keys to the touchpad users: +
*on some ti-nspires the tnoc doesn't work and the users can stop in that step, you can say to them that that step isn't obligatory....

Il faudrait modifier le fichier "LISEZ-moi.txt" également... Je n'y arrivais pas parce que (bêtement) je le lisais au lieu de lire le Tuto sur le forum qui lui a bien été modifié.

Hello! I'm Portuguese too, so I apologize but I just can't speak French (sorry for that ^^) and I'm facing some troubles in follow the tutorial, so I will tell you what I've done:
Install Ndless 3.1 (on 3.1 OS); copy nTNOC to the Ndless folder, execute it and delete it; copy nsNandMgr to the Ndless folder, execute it, pressing 2, 2 (at this moment an error is reported about something missing, but I don't know if this is normal), check the "boot order", exit and delete the nsNandMgr; copy nlaunch to the root (out of any folder); call the maintenance menu and delete the OS; overwrite the old 'ndless_resources.tns' with the new one (that comes inside the nlaunch zip folder), then I try to copy the 'nlaunch.tno' to the calculator, but there isn't any change in the device, only a message in the PC that says that isn't a valid OS. Tryed it over and over again and no change.
Any one can help me and say what i'm doing wrong, please?

If you had this error when using nsNandMgr, you may have forgotten a step.
I think that "boot2.img.tns" was not copied on your calc when you copied the new "ndless" folder to it... or maybe you didn't do that !

Retry from that step, after having copied this file.
