Je me permets de déterrer ce topic parce qu'aujourd'hui j'ai fait des éclairs pistache-chocolat. Basé sur cette recette, pas trop dure sachant que j'en ai jamais fait . J'ai juste remplacé la vanille par des pistaches non-salés broyés et le chocolat sur le dessus par du chocolat blanc + colorant naturel vert. Ça donne ça :
