Hi
I wonder if it is possible to add scrollbars to a lua program window? What I mean is, similar behavior as most programs do when screen content is bigger then screen/window size.
Example: My program is designed for full screen 212 x 318 px ,ratio (0.67). Computer screen has been considered and program scale accordingly. Lets say I would like to split the screen with another page. Instead of the window scaling to another ratio, I would like to "lock" the ratio to 0.67 and have scrollbars to view content that does not fit in the new screen ratio.
If scrollbars is not possible, is there any other way to make the "canvas" bigger then screen size?

Re: Scrollbars in Lua programs
There are libraries for that, such as ETK, or WzGuiLib.
A demo for ETK : archives_voir.php?id=9275
A demo for WzGuiLib : archives_voir.php?id=3834

Re: Scrollbars in Lua programs
Thanks, but I am not sure those libraries contain the functionality I am looking for.
WzGuiLib does indeed seem to support window content bigger then the screen, however I noticed a comment in the code on row 1683: "cant use: scrollbar, progressbar, statusbar", so I am not sure if I can use that.
The ETK demo does not behave very well on split screen, so I assume window scrollbars is not included, even though ETK contains alot of other goddies.

Ok, sorry for those useless answers.
I keep looking for another program that does what you want.

Re: Scrollbars in Lua programs
Perhaps you can find something interesting in the source code of EEPro, which does support scrolling, with scrolling bar as you can see:

Yes, thanks!
Formula pro has vertical scrollbars. They are not exactly what I am looking for, but I will try to understand the code and then rethink my program design if needed.
