the nlaunch.tns and nlaunch.tno file attached are the exact same size (4.91kio). How can it be bigger?

nevermind xD. I understood that this new files are the files of yesterday... (my bad english atack again)

Reset
Press and hold "ESC" immediately
That should trigger the download mode (PP12D)
Connect your Nspire to your computer
send phoenix.tns
reboot

the download mode is actived (PP12D) but the nspire doesn't appear on the ti-nspire student software...
