CAS engine on Nspire CAS doesn't have specific functions to manipulate expressions using radicals.
It has some internal simplifcations... but we can't access them.
Further manipulations may be done, but is quite difficult to implement and will not be very efficient in Basic.
What do you need to do, exactly ?
Can you give an example ?
Maybe it can be done another way ?
