Nspire CX version A, 3.6.0.55.0.0, unable to set boot 2 diag

I have Nspire CX version A and have followed the instruction for 3.3-3.6 switchpack. I have problem changing the mode to boot 2 diag, it is stuckk at diag boot2. Please let me know how to fix this.

Hi.

After a reset, try to run the nsNandMgr or BtMg tool.
Pressing 5 (BootData partition) and then 8 (switch the boot mode) should fix this.

actually, after reset the Nspire said operating system not found so I had to reload the 3.6 OS. How do I get to nsNandMgr or BtMg tool?

when I do 5 and 8 to change the boot order, I get "boot data invalid: reset and try again. press a key". How do I change the boot order to load the dual boot switchpack?

The only reason I can see Boot Data is invalid is if you did erase it completely with 7.

Press reset on the back and it will be automatically recreated.
Then run nsNandMgr again, press 5 8 and nothing else.

I did your instruction but still did not work. However, I got into maintenance mode and option 4 to delete everything and reinstall 3.6 OS. I then followed the tutorial and eveything works.
