A guy puts Illegal boot.img.tns and flash on his site for a TI-Nspire CX (CAS) emulator.

I don't really see the problem with a flash image, as it can be generated with many tools.
About the other file, is it boot1.img or boot2.img ?

Boot2.img is embedded in OS update files and can be extracted with many archiving tools, so no problem either.

Boot1.img would be more problematic, as in can only be dumped from a real calculator.

But more than that, the moral problem for me (whatever the licences are) is selling the files which were probably obtained/generated with free tools, and not sharing anything with the tools authors - supposing there are people ignorant enough to pay for this.

He isn't selling the files, you bubbling idiots.
The files are hosted on Mega and you can't buy on Mega.
It's simply a tutorial on how to use nspire emulators.

In all honesty, even if he sold the files then TI deserves it because they are fucking assholes
who keeps whinning about ndless and their profits.

And about that boot1 file hosted on Mega, there's nothing we can do directly about it, so go report it if you want, it'll be Mega's decision to remove it, probably.
