Texas Cx Cas Display Pixel problem

Hello everyone.
My Texas Cx Cas calculator has a problem with your display.
Your image has whiteness and pixelated, make it impossible to see a calculator informations on your display.
Attached has some imagens of the problem.
Someone knows how to fix it?
If i put on Texas Student Software the calculator works no problems, because it see the virtual display on computer, working no problem.
The problem looks only on display screen.

The LCD doesn't seem to be broken... then it may be a hardware problem.

Try to firmly press the calculator between the touchpad and the screen - that's where the screen PCB board-to-board connector is.

there some way to fix this hardware problem?
Because the display work's normally, Is not broken.
