Problem with .tns file on 4.0 OS

Good morning,

Unfortunately I've upgraded to os 4.0 but i need to use some .pdf file on my calculator.
I've tried to convert it to a .tns file with the converter on this site but the calculator doesn't let me open the file.

Could you guys help me?

Keep the default format choice, Lua, and the generated files will be compatible with OS 4.0 :

I've tried with: Ti:Nspire, LUA, Api2.3+, page par .tns 50

but my calculator (ti-nspire cx cas) can't open it

Keep a maximum of 10-13 pages per .tns and it will work.
