Im trying to open a nspire document , but i receive a message "Document not supported" the doc was created on the calculator... is there any way to recover the text?

What exactly did you use to create that document ?
And which OS do you run on your calc ? and on your PC software ?

I once met the same situation 
I make a *.tns by my nspire , however , after reset the os(3.6) , I could not open it anymore.
