Could you tell us which CX you have: CX CAS or non-CAS CX? The 2 OSes are different.
Did you try installing 3.2.3 (CX CAS or CX non-CAS)?

Re: OS 3.2.4.1237 Help!!!!!
Er... an anti-downgrade protection which forbids going back to any older OS version, including 3.2.3.1233 ??
Try using nLaunch CX, which doesn't care about CAS / non-CAS, anti-downgrade protection, or any of that crap: viewtopic.php?f=57&t=11019
Nope, we heard of this OS version a couple days ago, but haven't retrieved it somehow. However, nLaunch CX shall fix your calculator for your purposes... at least, if TI didn't upgrade the boot2 as well, in which case you'll have to use a USB / RS232 TTL adapter ($15-20 / €15-20) to reflash the boot2.

Can you check your Boot2 version please?
Using the TI-Nspire Computer Link version, ask for informations in the tools menu.
