1- is there any way to transfer files in the gbc4nspire?for exemple: change pokemons between nspires
2-is there any way to use the cheats? in the pc emulatores there are many cheats that we can use.

Sorry, the answer is no for both.
But if you really want to use cheats, that is possible in some way. Just transfer your game and your savegame (the .sav one, not the savestates) to your computer and cheat using a PC emulator. Then, get your savegame back to your calc

your friend can also continue the game you started, and so have your Pokemons.
