How can I dump my Nspire CAS under 3.2.
I tried to downgrade, but polydumper didn't work...

You can't do any native stuff under 3.2, first downgrade to 3.1 (just download and install) the, you can dump it using polydumper.

I downgraded to 3.1.
Then I started polydumper 3.1
"dieses Dokumentenformat wird nicht unterstützt"
(file not supported!)
Polydumper is not executed!
(as described in my original post!)
