I tried these code combinations: (EE)+(Enter)+(DOC)+(RESET) = no reaction
(ESC)+(-)+(MENU) = diagnostic menu Launch (?)

Hi.

It's an unexpected system error, which is why there is no displayed error message.
I allready got such a thing, but for me the maintenance menu worked.

Be sure to process exactly like this:

• press and hold the reset button
• press and hold
• release the reset button, but do not release the 3 other keys
• keep all 3 keys pressed until you get an error or the maintenace menu (usually at 50-60% of the loading bar)
• only then, release the keys

So, are you able to access the maintenance menu now ?
