Nope, TI-Planet isn't the Ndless team, so nobody will get any development about an hypohetic Ndless 4.3 until a while. And no, there isn't any "kit" selling on the Internet do to a downgrade.

Nothing new if your calculator is already running OS 4.3.

You can downgrade via an USB/TTL adapter, only if you have a very old Nspire CX hardware (hardware revision A to I, assembled from 2011 to February 2013).
This can be checked with the datestamp present on the back, just at the right of the serial number.

j'ai un petit problème. j'ai mis la nouvelle version 4.3 sur ma calculette Ti-nspire CX. et je n'arrive plus a utiliser ma calculette, quand je l'allume elle sur bloque sur la barre de telechargement de quand elle s'allume. Et elle m'indique: Operatong System not found. Install OS now.

Que dois-je faire ?

faire ce qu'elle demande, tu dois transférer une OS dans ta calculatrice. si tu avais l'OS 4.3 tu dois réinstaller l'OS 4.3

Unfortunately, there is no software-way so far.

You'll need to install Nlaunch to regain the ability to install older OSes.
And to be able to install Nlaunch, you'll need to downgrade the Boot2 to version 3.1.0.16.
And to reflash the Boot2, you'll need an USB/TTL interface :
