Then it's weird. That means you have an OS 1.1.9170, but the production version, which didn't exist until now.

I woudn't mind old version but, this OS lacks TI Basic and programming features which I use sometimes to make life easier. I was suprised because my old TI-82 had this.

Oh, but the TI-Nspire doesn't have the same TI-Basic as TI-82 series for exemple.
You can program on it, but you have to learn the specific language of this calculator
