It remains stationary so after a few minutes and then turns off. if it starts up again, it starts with the loop

i choose the fourth option, but now it requires the os

Yes, just install an OS the usual way.

What was this last version ?
Was it a modified version in any way ?
If so, did you try to install an official one ?

Then the diags/reformat should have fixed this.
Try completely disconnecting the rechargeable battery for some seconds.
