You guys are doing a fantastic job here, glad I could help a little. Funny thing, I bought very cheap a couple of days ago a EL-9900 (just for the sake of the reversible keyboard). Still waiting for it to arrive, and I was looking all around the web for a emulator. Then when I saw a video on YouTube, I remembered I had downloaded one, and all docs I could find, once upon a time

Anyhow, I don't think 9950 and 9900 are much different, I just extracted the 9950G simulator downloaded from here http://www.sharp-calculators.com/en/id/127-downloads and the EXE inside that ZIP is just an archive, same as the one in 9900. The software for the simulators seems the same, they use the exact same DLLs. Furthermore, I renamed el9950.sim to something else, and renamed el9900gs_ver410.sim from the 9900G to el9950.sim and it works It looks like a 9950, but when pressing 2ndF OPTION and MEMCHK it says it's a EL-9900G SII Ver4.1
