Ok, assuming you performed the installation how-to accurately, let's try bypassing nLoader :

• hold
• without releasing the keys, press and release the reset button on the back
• if the calculator didn't turn back on automatically, still without releasing the 3 keys, type , 2 times if necessary

What do you get on the screen ?

It's supposed to disable the downgrade protection but it doesn't reset BootD itself so if you EVER boot unpatched boot2 via esc+menu+- you are stuck

Hi noob here
I have a ti-nspire

I followed the tutorial; everything went well. I was able to send the os from the computer, but when the ti cx boot it prompts me to this screen on the picture, and I can't do anything the keys don't work I can't even turn it off. I tried to reset from the back, but after the reboot, it always comes back to the screen in the pictures. Any ideas? thanks

It seems you put BtMg in the /ndless/startup/ folder.

or

to exit ?

Thanks for the response. I tried it but not of the keys works. I tried to connect the calculator to the computer, but the computer link does not recognize it. Any suggestion or ideas on how to remove BtMg from the folder(yes, you are right I made a mistake too put the file in the wrong place )

Restart the calculator, press and hold the

esc

key before the progress bar reaches 100% and don't release it.
This will skip all /ndless/startup/ content and you should reach the home screen.

Then clean the /ndless/startup/ content.

Hello,
Last year I installed nLoader with CAS SO on my non-CAS calculator.
Since, my daughter uses the calculator in school and CAS is not allowed, I remove the CAS SO.
This week my daughter updated the SO with the new 4.5.1 version and now the calculator only shows a complete red screen after boot.
I already try to download the 4.5.0 SO but it fails because i'm trying to downgrade the SO.

Any ideias to solve this problem?

Hi.

Indeed, nLoader still hasn"t been updated with 4.5.1 support.

Try to hold .
Without releasing them, press and release the reset button on the back.

If you accurately followed the how-to, this should make the calculator boot normally.
But this will have to be performed for each reboot.
So tell us if it works, and then we're going to fix this.

After that I already test to put calculator in "test-mode" and get back to normal working mode - OK.
Also press reset button, and calculator boot normally.
