I have a very problem with my hp prime because when i want to inset a image as an app the hp prime gives me a graphic as a result .
I dont know what to do anyone could help me !!!!! please thanks

I've check your documents ( archives_cat.php?auteur=104188&generator=-1 ) but unfortunately I don't have any issue, they're working perfectly here.

So the problem is on your side.

Maybe :

• check your HP Prime firmware version and update it to the latest one
• try the reset button on the back to clean the SDRAM (won't erase stored data)
• check the readme.txt file coming with your converted documents, and be sure to transfer them exactly as described
