same problem as others. attempted to install CAS on my CX, but it's stuck at this screen

tried following directions you've given to others but i can't seem to access the maintenance menu at all, my calculator just restarts and it's back to the loading screen with the x.
i either made a large error in the installation or my calculator is faulty. any ideas?
