Dans une news précédente, nous vous testions la nouvelle TI-83 Plus.fr prévue pour la rentrée 2013.
Cette nouvelle version utilisera le matériel TI-84 Plus et le boîtier TI-84 Plus Silver Edition, avec nombre d'améliorations par rapport à l'ancienne version:
Et bien ce privilège ne sera pas réservé seulement à la France. Les calculatrices TI-83 Plus distribuées dans le monde vont progressivement passer au matériel TI-84 Plus, et former désormais une gamme cohérente en adoptant le design de la nouvelle TI-84 Plus C Silver Edition!
J'ai d'ailleurs reçu un prototype DVT de cette nouvelle TI-83 Plus rien que pour vous!
Cette nouvelle version utilisera le matériel TI-84 Plus et le boîtier TI-84 Plus Silver Edition, avec nombre d'améliorations par rapport à l'ancienne version:
- 1,5 fois plus de mémoire RAM: 48Ko au lieu de 32Ko
- 2,5 fois plus rapide: 15MHz au lieu de 6MHz
- 3 fois plus de mémoire d'archive: 480Ko au lieu de 160Ko
- branchement direct avec câble standard USB A <-> mini USB B sur n'importe quel ordinateur
- façades clavier interchangeables

This new version will use the TI-84 Plus hardware and the TI-84 Plus Silver Edition case, bringing many improvements over the old TI-83 Plus.fr:
We now learn that this won't be limited to France. The TI-83 Plus distributed worldwide will move to the new TI-84 Plus hardware, and form a coherent TI-z80 line with the design of the new TI-84 Plus C Silver Edition!

- 1.5 times more RAM: 48KB instead of 32KB
- 2.5 times faster: 15MHz instead of 6MHz
- 3 times more archive memory: 480KB instead of 160K
- direct connection with a standard USB A <-> mini USB B cable on any computer
- interchangeable kayplates
