sram is at 20000000 length 40000
boot1 writes its version at 20013600 (little endian) eb 01 00 01 for 1.0.491
boot2 ver at 20013604
the rsa key is copied to sram before its used

debug> wm all.bin 10000000 2000000
debug> wm sram.bin 20000000 40000
