Hi,

I'd first like to thanks the nLaunch team for their awesome tool!
After weeks and weeks of hard work, I am proud to present you nLaunch CX :D

Please spread the word so people do not upgrade their calculator to the next OS version without using TNOC!!

nLaunch CX features the same functionalities as nLaunch, on Clickpad, Touchpad and CX Nspire:
* launching Linux (modified nspire-linux-loader2)
* optionally installing Ndless 3.1 on OS 3.1 (modified Ndless loader)
* installing and launching any OS

Hope it will work fine for all of you!

nLaunch Guy

Hmm... gotta examine this before breakfast, although the date leaves a possibility that it's a joke ^^

EDIT ~15 min later: there are definitely differences with nLaunch.

There's definitely code execution here. nLaunch CX behaves the same way as nLaunch in that the same characters are printed onto the screen at non-standard places, which is exactly what the source code should yield.

Ha ha ha. Took several extra reboots to get it right (some hangs ?), but my Nspire CX CAS is now single-booting Linux :)
And I can reboot just fine, and have Linux launched again. Four times in a row already.

EDIT: make that 7 times, though one of the attempts died in an apparent hang at 60%... but pressing the reset button yielded another, correct boot.

It's real, guys ;)
Thanks, "nLaunch CX guy" :D

Wow, that's pretty neat ! I wonder how the exploit slipped in CX 3,1 boot2.

TNOC is an .exe file... don't get confused with nTNOC whitch is a .tns (Ndless executable).
TNOC removes the boot2 and samples from an OS file (tnc, tno, tcc, tco, tmo, tmc)
