Now I have compiled the driver files of my wireless card for the Linux System(Ubuntu). But how to add it to the linux of the nspire?
Can you help me do it?

You compiled them for your desktop, so you can just compile it for another kernel.
I can't tell you how, the driver's documentation will tell you.

If I use a USB HUB,must I connect a power supplyment?

You don't have to, but the nspire can only supply a minimal amount of power, so some devices may not work without external power.
