TI-Nspire CX Won't boot

I cannot get my TI-Nspire CX to boot for the life of me. I have tried darn near everything. I have tried most boot codes, [DOC] [ENTER] [EE] ect. All that happens is when I plug in the battery or plug it into its wall adapter it just turns on to a white screen. When I try to plug it into a computer with TI-Nspire CX software it wont connect. Even my PC doesn't recognise anything is there. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this? Thanks in advance.

A white screen is usually very bad.
It means the Boot1 cannot find the hardware informations in the 1st NAND partition (Manuf).

Whether the Manuf partition has been erased/corrupted, or the Flash NAND chip is faulty.

Any information on what you did before the problem occurred ?
And what's the calculator datestamp (the 7-8 characters code usually starting with "P-" at the right of the serial number on the back) ?

Sorry for the late response! The one day I went to turn it on and it didn't do anything and when I plugged it in to charge it, that's when the white screen appeared. The date stamp is P-J114T. Thanks in advance!

Then if you did nothing special/huge before the problem occurred, it seems the hardware is faulty.
I'm sorry, I currently don't know of any way to recover from a white screen on the TI-Nspire CX. :(

Seems your calculator was assembled in november 2014.
If you bought it after february 2015, then the 3 years warranty are not over yet.
You should try to contact the customer service as soon as possible to maybe have it repaired/exchanged :

That's cheaper than the original (~ $120) but still quite expensive...

The warranty is only 1 year, as far as I know, for most countries other than France (and maybe a few others in Europe)
