Not that I know of, that would be quite a lot of work to be done, although it would be nice...
BTW, interesting for the TI-84 Plus CE, where did you get it? Edit: it says the CPU is an STM32, but it's definitely not one, however I didn't really check the pins to know if it appears to otherwise be correct)
Edit 2: Also for which hardware revision of the 84 Plus CE is this supposed to be? Some things changed along the revs)
