Maybe, I don't know.

Not sure the new CX II security layer is still going to let you resize partitions.
There are several new checks according to the bootlog...

As far as I know, unlike the CX I, there is no partition table on the CX II.

The partitions offsets and sizes are now hardcoded in every image needing them (Boot ROM, Boot Loader, OS Loader, Installer, Diags, OS...), like they were on the classic TI-Nspire, very dirty (and likely intentional).

So I'm sorry, this change makes a partition mover/resizer like nsPartManagic almost impossible for the CX II.

Thus no directly bootable Linux on the CX II, or rather not by moving/resizing partitions. This will need to be achieved some other way, assuming it's still possible.
