Defective display - Texas nspire cx cas

Hello
This is my first contact and I need help solving a problem with my calculator's display.
My calculator's display is defective, I turned on the calculator and the screen was whitish.
I saw a topic with a problem like mine, but it didn't have a very enlightening result.
Help me please. I already opened and reopened the connections, but had no result.
If it is not possible to correct the defect, would anyone know where I can buy a new screen?
or
Could someone point me to a maintenance site?
I live in Brazil. :)

Hi.

What's your calculator datestamp ?

It's the small code on the back, at the end of the serial number.
On the picture below for example, it's P-0413J :

Ok, thanks.
So it's a hardware revision O from 2014, and the warranty is over.

I've never heard of Texas Instruments maintenance sites, and TI doesn't sell replacement parts by itself.

For some reason, a chinese shop is selling TI-Nspire CX replacement screens compatible with your hardware revision :
