You should be able to install the latest 3.9 OS on your TI-Nspire TouchPad.
Why do you need OS 3.6 ?

To be able to install the CAS system on my calculator, but I have already managed to install it using nLaunch. Just use Nlaunch CXM, it'll work with OS 3.9 too :
